That’s what Robert Maskey discovered when starting Hyder’s graduate programme upon completing an engineering degree in 2002. Since then, his career has moved quickly from Graduate Engineer to Civil Engineering Project Manager. He has spent six months in Hyder’s Hong Kong office, working on highways and rail projects in Bahrain. Now back in our Gold Coast office, his responsibilities include managing a team of five.
‘I’ve picked up a lot of invaluable knowledge and skills along the way through my mentors. I’ve always tried to learn as much as I can from everyone around me. It helps when you’re working with the best people in the business’, said Robert.
