Your ongoing professional development

We want Rio Tinto Graduates to develop their technical capabilities in a way that is recognised by their professional institutes and associations. The graduate program is designed to enable you to develop in your professional discipline. You’ll be part of a structured graduate development program for about three years which will hone your technical, leadership and commercial skills. There is scope to move around and there will be opportunities to work across disciplines.
