Further development

You will have access to our network of graduates through our Young Professional Development (YPD) program, building your experience in practical aspects of project management through exposure to all fields of engineering consulting. The program develops your communication, team work, networking and technical skills to lay the foundations for leadership roles in the future. It also involves site visits, technical seminars, internal and external training, and industry events (social and educational). The YPD program is fully endorsed by the Institute of Engineers Australia (IEA) to help you achieve professional accreditation (CPEng).
