What we offer graduates
The Coles Graduate Program is a structured two-year program, comprising of four six-month rotations within each business function.
Key aspects of our program include:
- One-week induction upon commencement
- Graduate leadership Conference (3 days)

- Technical training on an as-needs basis

- Major project in second year of program
- Regular performance planning and review

We want to hear from the most talented, highly motivated individuals (currently completing their undergraduate degree in 2008 or having already completed their undergraduate degree within 2007) with the potential to become our leaders of tomorrow. Individuals who apply for the Coles Graduate Program must have their Permanent Residency at the time of applying or be an Australian Citizen.
