We want you to retain a thorough understanding of the core business and to ensure this, the initial training you will receive will be intensive, pragmatic and very hands on. As a graduate, you will be given the opportunity to work alongside and learn from the best in the industry and will gain valuable experience in all aspects of the profession, from recruiting to store planning. Within a year, you will be responsible for a group of stores and all of their operational requirements. Moving up to a senior management position is encouraged as ALDI prefers to promote internally when possible – further indication of our commitment to the career development of our employees. A combination of your performance and the right blend of skills will see you on a fast track program with opportunities at Director level in Store Operations, Corporate Buying, Logistics, Property Development, Administration & Finance and Purchasing. ALDI is seeking high achieving graduates (Degree mandatory) to undertake the acclaimed Management Development Program. You will be customer focused and will have the ability to inspire, motivate and lead your team, you think on your feet, use your own initiative and most importantly – you’re proactive.
