TransGrid’s Graduate Development Program
TransGrid’s program is a three-year integrated rotational program, designed to ensure that Graduates receive development that is varied and challenging and which allows them to build upon their university studies.
Each allocated placement last for twelve months and provides the Graduate with a unique opportunity to understand the diverse roles and functions of TransGrid’s business.
Allocation to each placement is based on each Graduates area of interest or expertise and can be designed to allow for a broad development or for specialisation in a certain area.
Learning & Development
Whist on the program Graduates are supported to obtain Chartered Status (CPEng), gaining professional recognition and status.
Generous study assistance is offered to Graduates to assist in developing their skills, whether this means enrolling in a Masters or undertaking other relevant University study.
The provision of ongoing review and feedback to each Graduate also ensures that any development needs can be addressed through specialised training or specific work activities.
Graduates can also expect to develop their Project Management and Leadership skills, be involved in Quality Systems, Health & Safety and Environmental studies, undertake research projects and work with a variety of internal and external customers.
