Our requirements
We are looking for graduates with:
- a genuine interest in industry regulation, competition policy and consumer protection
excellent cognitive skills - a flair for writing
- the ability to contribute to a team
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
degrees which are relevant to the work of the ACCC. Areas studied could include, but are not limited to: industrial economics, commercial law, econometrics, trade practices law, public policy and financial modelling.
Our program focuses on providing graduates with extensive on-the-job learning. This is complemented by a comprehensive formal training program. Graduates take part in three 14 week rotations through different functional areas, one of which may be an interstate rotation. We offer:
