Support for graduates
The 11 month Graduate Program, commencing in February 2010, includes extensive learning and development opportunities. You will have three diverse and challenging workplace rotations designed to give you experience across a wide range of policy and program work, a comprehensive training schedule and formal mentoring.
Each year’s intake of graduates (up to 25 people) forms a social and supportive group, networking and sharing experiences to help ensure they have an easy introduction to a career and life in Canberra.
